Dedicate specific points over the months to be about LIVING in ACTUAL TIME, and purposely choose not to work or distract your way through these chosen days. We become more amenable when we incorporate novelty, original experiences, and fallow periods with our weary minds and bodies.
The more responsibly we take care of ourselves, the more highly we regard one another. Rest and Recreation are the essence of living Robustly . . .
And speaking of robust living, TIME is the most valuable asset we have. It serves preparation, healing, reflection, and growth. Below you'll find useful language to communicate that 2023 is your re-set. No more giving this time stuff away. Especially, not to those who repeatedly exploit it.
