Collaborating with Reality
Buddhist teacher Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche’s philosophy, "collaborating with reality" is a practice of engaging completely with the present moment. It challenges us to drop our ego’s defensive strategies and discard the search for a savior. It is a practice of facing the facts in our direct experience—whether that means confronting pain, boredom, or uncertainty.
